Build up your headquarter from the foundation to
a complex emergency centre! The safety of the citizens in your city
is in your hands – are you up to the challenge?
The safety of the city is in your hands with Rescue HQ Tycoonm,
a management simulator that puts you in command of a city’s
combined emergency services, responsible for the police, fire
department, and ambulance services. You’ll need to manage and
maintain your emergency service’s personnel, training, gear, and
bottom line, all while reacting to everything from routine
situations to major emergencies, meaning preparedness is key.
You’re in charge of all aspects fo your combined services, from
personnel to equipment and facilities. You’ll need to recruit
people with the right skills for each job, as well as manage their
training and shift schedules, so that there’s always someone ready
to answer the call, day or night. You’ll need to expand your
headquarters so that there’s room for each department’s facilities,
from crime labs to emergency care centres, as well as room for each
department’s specialized vehicles.
Your police units will have to respond to everything from petty
to heinous crimes, and you’ll need to send them off with the
appropriate gear and backup, from squad cars to SWAT trucks, bomb
defusal gear to K9 companions. Fire departments will have to roll
out at any hour of the day, dealing with simple home fires to more
complicated operations that might require multiple trucks and
complex gear. Finally, your ambulance services will need to
speedily ferry patients from emergency situations, from where
you’ll need the proper gear and training to supply immediate care.
In addition, you’ll need to make sure that things like evidence and
paperwork are properly filed to earn your payout from the city or
health insurance.
In addition to emergency dispatch, Rescue HQ also requires you
to manage your headquarters facilities, to make sure that you
always have room to process suspects, treat patients, train your
personnel, or just provide space and amenities for your
hard-working first responders to destress and relax.
Rescue HQ Tycoon offers a varied spread of situations and
in-game objectives to challenge beginners and management sim fans,
and the entire package gets better with modding support through
Steam Workshop, allowing players to create and edit assets, maps,
missions and more, using the F# language and Unity engine, making
for an extensible and customizable management simulator.
